I take an anti-shame approach to fitness & exercise. I encourage clients to find movement that makes them happy, that feels doable but challenging, and to examine stories about what ‘healthy’ is. I prioritize fun, do my best to meet clients where they’re at, and keep a body positive space.

Class Offerings

I offer two in-person opportunities to get moving in a group setting every week! In my Stretch, Strength, and Move class, you’ll start your day off right. 

Every Tues/Thurs 9 – 9:50AM
in Tucker’s Grove Park

 

I offer one virtual group class every week! Join me online for a 30 minute workout where we focus on strength, balance, and feeling good in our bodies. 

Every Thursday 12 – 12:30PM

Personal Training

Looking to incorporate individualized guidance in your fitness journey? Let’s work one-on-one to develop and follow through with a customized fitness plan to help you achieve your goals and feel good.

Gather a group of your friends, colleagues, or neighbors to cheer each other on through your fitness journeys! More flexible, customizable, and individualized than my training classes, my small group personal training offerings provides a friendly space to challenge yourself with the support of your peers. 

Support Programs

Nutritional planning sessions are 30 minutes to one hour conversations focused on finding the right fuel for your body and fitness journey. We will discuss your nutritional needs and capacity to build a customized nutritional plan that works for you. 

Success sessions are one hour conversations focused on you! We will dive into your goals, what’s feeling frustrating or exciting, check your exercise form, or whatever else you need to take your fitness journey to the next level. You’ll leave feeling inspired to try your new moves with a sustainable and clear plan ahead of you.
