Hi there! I’m Molly Gordon. I am a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

I have over ten years of experience inspiring clients to learn more about their bodies, abilities, likes & dislikes, breathing, and relationship to themselves & others.

I take a holistic approach to health and wellness coaching. I understand that training flexibility is critical to create effective experiences.

With a compassionate mindset, I teach a variety of movements from comforting to challenging. I cater sessions to what is needed in the moment and adapt to my clients’ capabilities and goals.
