I’m Molly Gordon. I am a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and have over twelve years of experience as a fitness professional. 

With a compassion mindset, I teach a variety of movement that can be anywhere from comforting to challenging. I cater sessions for what is needed in the moment, and I learn quickly when a client can handle more intensity than they may think. I recognize and encourage that your fitness combines your physical, emotional, mental & spiritual well-being.

I live in beautiful Santa Barbara, California but I love that I can work with you no matter where home is for you!

Molly Gordon is simply a great trainer. She is extremely knowledgeable and plans programs that suit the needs of each individual client. I am challenged, but she knows my limitations and is extremely careful. Molly is also very attentive; she watches her clients closely, gives perceptive clues to help them improve, and tries different approaches if they don’t get it.

I have weak bones because of some medications and I am frightened of falling and breaking my foot again. And my balance has been poor. With Molly’s patient training, I have significantly improved my balance. I can do a lot of things that seemed unreachable and I have a lot more confidence. I’m also stronger in general; all of those squats and ab exercises are really paying off.

Finally, Molly has a sunny personality and a charming (and slightly goofy!) sense of humor. She is a fun person to work with.
